Ingredients


Makes: 2 servings
  • 3/4 C (180 ml) 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 C (160 ml) 2% milk, or dairy-free alternative
  • 2/3 C (160 ml) quick oats
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) chia, ground flax seeds or Epicure Chia Jam Mix
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix, or any sweet dip mix, your choice
  • 1/4 tsp (1,25 ml) Apple Pie Spice, or Chai Spice, optional

Preparation


 
  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, cover and leave overnight. The oats will soak up the milk and be ready by morning.
