Whisk first 5 ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
Mix in turkey and gluten-free breadcrumbs. Season with Salt and Pepper.
Form into 4 — 1/2” (1 cm) thick patties.
Lightly oil, and preheat grill to medium heat. Cook for 5 minutes lid closed, flip, and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until instant read thermometer indicates a Food Safe internal temperature of 175° F (80° C).
Serve bun-less, or on gluten-free buns with shredded lettuce, tomatoes and a dollop of prepared Guacamole.
Tip: Ensure an instant-read thermometer indicates a Food Safe internal temperature of 165° F (74° C) for ground chicken or turkey. Hold the cooked patty with a pair of tongs. Insert the thermometer sideways and wait 30 seconds before reading.
