Fast and easy, tacos make an ideal meal any night of the week – especially when you have leftovers of Pulled Pork!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Slow Cooker Pulled Pork (prepared and heated)
- 8 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lime
Directions
- Divide pulled pork between taco shells.
- Top with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese.
- Serve each with a lime wedge—a fresh squeeze of lime adds a delicious, authentic Mexican flavour to your tacos.
