Ingredients

1 - 2 tsp SPG Seasoning
- 1 large egg (beaten)

1 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix

2 tsp Toasted Onion

½ tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs

1 1/4 lbs (560 g) extra-lean ground beef

1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
-
2 tbsp olive oil (if desired)
Directions
Whisk first 5 ingredients in a stainless steel mixing bowl.
- Add ground beef, breadcrumbs and feta, mixing gently to combine.
- With water moistened hands, form mixture into 4 — 3/4" patties.
- Grill over medium-high heat with lid closed for 4 minutes each side, or until an instant-read thermometer indicates a Food Safe internal temperature of 160° F (70° C).
Recipe Note
Serve in pitas or hamburger buns with lettuce, tomatoes and Tzatziki
