Ingredients

2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
2 bell peppers, diced
2 cups grated cheese (Monterey or Cheddar)
2 tsp Taco seasoning
1 package of 8” flour tortillas

Preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400F.
  2. Combine turkey, peppers, grated cheese and seasoning.
  3. Place half the tortillas on a lined sheet pan. Divide filling among tortillas. Top each with second tortilla.
  4. Bake 8 minutes, turn over and bake an additional 8 minutes or until lightly golden and cheese is melted.
