Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Oh Canada
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 pkg (340 g) of large peeled prawns

Preparation

  1. Whisk together in a bowl 2 tbsp Oh Canada, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp orange juice.
  2. Marinate the prawns in bowl.Toss to coat well and let sit for 5 - 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with a splash of oil.
  4. Add the prawns in a single layer and cook 1 - 2 minutes per side, or just until pink, opaque and lightly caramelized from the glaze.
  5. Spoon any extra glaze from the bowl over the hot prawns just before serving.
