These Sun-dried Tomato, Feta & Garlic Biscuits are easy enough for a Tuesday, but taste like Sunday morning. Just mix, drop, bake, and out comes golden, fluffy biscuits with crisp edges and a rich, savory kick that feels way more involved than it actually is.
Don't expect leftovers.
Ingredients
1 egg
2⁄3 cup milk, your choice
½ cup salted butter, cold
1 pkg Quick Biscuit Mix
½ cup feta cheese
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
2 tsp Herb and Garlic Dip Mix
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425° F.
In a small bowl, whisk egg with milk. Set aside.
Cube butter; place in a large bowl with biscuit mix. Using a fork or a pastry blender, cut the butter into the flour until it's the size of small peas. Mix in feta, sun-dried tomatoes and Herb and Garlic dip mix
Add egg mixture to dry ingredients and stir until evenly moistened.
Gently knead dough to form a ball; press out into an 8" circle. Using a sharp knife, cut into 8 wedges. Use a spatula to carefully transfer the wedges to the pan. Bake 17-20 min, or until golden.
