Ingredients

  • 1 head iceberg or Romaine lettuce (shredded)
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs (coarsely chopped)
  • 2 large tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1 avocado (chopped)
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
  • 1 1/2 cups crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup prepared Creamy Ranch Dip
  • 1 - 2 tbsp milk

Preparation

  1. Arrange lettuce, eggs, tomatoes, avocado, chicken, and cheese in neat rows on a platter.
  2. Thin Creamy Ranch Dip with milk. Drizzle dressing over salad or serve alongside.
