Tender leftover steak, sautéed mushrooms, and melty cheese come together on a crisp pizza crust for a hearty, restaurant-inspired meal that's easy enough for any night of the week.
Ingredients
1/4 cup low-fat marble cheese
1/4 cup light sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp Pizza Seasoning or Marinara Sauce Mix
1/2 can (14 oz /398 ml) artichokes (drained and finely chopped)
1 pkg (8 oz/225 g) light cream cheese
1/2 cup thinly sliced button mushrooms
1 x 12" thin pizza shell
1 (4 oz/120 g) flank steak (cooked and thinly sliced against the grain)
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 425° F (220° C).
2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small mixing bowl and set aside.
3. Place pizza shell on parchment lined sheet pan. Top with sauce, steak, mushrooms and cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crust is golden and crisp and cheese is melted.
