Philly-Style Cheesesteak

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef strips
  • 3 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 pkg Philly-Style Cheesesteak
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 6 hoagie rolls

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375º F.
  2. Combine beef strips, mushrooms, bell peppers, and onion with oil and seasoning in a large bowl.
  3. Toss well until coated.
  4. Arrange in a single layer on a lined sheet pan.
  5. Roast in pre-heated oven for 15 min.
  6. Sprinkle on cheese.
  7. Roast for 2 min or until cheese melts.
  8. Serve in toasted hoagie rolls.
