Lemon Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs chicken
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 pkg Lemon Garlic Chicken

Preparation

  1. PREHEAT oven to 375º F.
  2. COAT one 3lb (1.36 kg) whole chicken or 3 lbs bone-in, skin-on chicken parts with 1 tbsp oil.
  3. RUB the seasoning on both sides of the chicken.
  4. PLACE whole chicken in a roasting pan, breast side up. For chicken parts, arrange on a sheet pan with skin side up.
  5. ROAST uncovered 70-80 minutes for a whole chicken; 40-45 minutes for chicken parts, or until internal temperature reaches 165º F.
  6. LET REST 10-15 minutes after removing from the oven.
