Ingredients

1 1/2 cups panko or gluten-free breadcrumbs
2 tbsp Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp 3 Onion Dip Mix
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 chicken breasts (pounded slightly and cut into long thin strips)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
  2. Mix breadcrumbs and Lemon Dilly Dip Mix. Place in a shallow pan and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk mayonnaise, 3 Onion Dip Mix, and lemon juice. Add chicken strips and stir to coat.
  4. Place chicken strips in crumb mixture and press to coat both sides.
  5. Place in a single layer on a sheet pan. Bake 10 minutes. Turn over and bake an additional 10 minutes, until golden and cooked completely.
