Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef
¾ cup water
2 tbsp honey
1 package of Honey Garlic Meatball
Preparation
Combine 1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef with 2 tbsp seasoning. Form into 16 meatballs (about 2 tbsp each).
Arrange in a single layer in a microwave safe baking dish.
Microwave, covered, on high for 4 min, or until cooked. Or, cook meatballs in a sauté pan over medium-high heat for 5 min, turning to brown all sides, until cooked through. Drain meatballs and remove from pan.
Combine remaining seasoning with ¾ cup water and 2 tbsp honey in a sauté pan.
Add meatballs to pan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly.
