Take your burger game next level with the Greek salad-topped burger with juicy Mediterranean flavours.

Ingredients

1 Roma tomato
1/2 shallot
1/4 cup feta cheese
1 lb (450 g) ground turkey
2 tbsp prepared Roasted Garlic aioli
4 burger buns
1/4 English cucumber
1 tbsp oil
Handful green leafy lettuce
1 pkg Chicken Souvlaki Seasoning
1/2 small bell pepper
1 - 2 tsp Guacamole Dip Mix

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey and Chicken Souvlaki seasoning. Form into four equal burger patties.
  2. Heat oil in Sauté Pan over medium heat. Add patties and cook for 4–5 min per side, or until cooked through.
  3. Meanwhile, chop the tomato, shallot, bell pepper, and cucumber into large chunks, combine with Guacamole and place in a food processor. Pulse the vegetables a few times until they are combined and cut into smaller chunks.  Be careful not to blend too much—you still want some chunks in your salsa.
  4. Toast the buns, if desired. Spread buns with Roasted Garlic Aioli and place lettuce on bottom buns. Layer burger patty, salsa, feta, additional toppings (if using) and top bun.
