Ingredients

4 slices Italian bread (thickly sliced)

1 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix

Olive oil (to taste)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F (200° C).
  2. Place bread on a crisper or the Sheet Pan. Sprinkle each with Herb & Garlic Dip Mix and drizzle with a little olive oil. Top with a layer of Parmesan.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bread is lightly golden.
