The most decadent, chewy, rich and chocolatey brownies with a hint of peppermint. You won't believe they are gluten free. We promise.
Ingredients
½ cup hot melted unsalted butter or coconut oil
Fudgy Brownie Mix
2 eggs
2 tbsp milk (your choice)
1 tsp peppermint extract
1 crushed peppermint candy-cane
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Combine ½ cup hot, melted unsalted butter or coconut oil with mix.
- Stir in 2 eggs, your choice of milk and peppermint extract until well combined. Fold in crushed candy-cane before baking.
- Scrape into lightly oiled 8” x 8” pan.
- Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
- Cool in pan for 6 minutes before serving.
