Fruit Salsa

Make fruit salsa from scratch! Use fruit –canned or fresh. If you have the time, grill fresh fruit to take it over the top. It’s the perfect summer salsa to serve with your best tortilla chips or fish tacos.

Fruit Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Guacamole Dip Mix
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained or finely diced peaches or mangoes)

Preparation

  1. Add Guacamole Dip Mix to diced tomatoes.
  2. Stir in fruit. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
