Easy Grilled Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 4 large Russet potatoes, sliced into wedges
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1–2 tbsp of Oh Canada

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss the potato wedges in a large bowl with oil until well-coated.
  3. Sprinkle in the rub and toss again so the seasoning sticks evenly.
  4. Spread the seasoned wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer. For crispier results, line the pan with parchment or use a lightly oiled rack.

  6. Roast for 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway through. They’re done when the edges are golden and crispy and the centers are tender.
