Ingredients
1 pkg Pancake & Waffle
1 egg
1 cup milk, your choice
2 tbsp oil + more for cooking
1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings - maple syrup, fresh berries, nuts, chocolate chips (the options are endless)
Preparation
In a large bowl, whisk mix with eggs, milk, oil and vanilla extract. Let batter rest 5 mins; it will continue to thicken.
Ladle batter into a preheated waffle iron. Cook waffles until golden and crisp.
Serve immediately (add toppings if desired) and enjoy!
