Turn simple ingredients into a high protein, low sugar dessert. Easy to make and a quick treats to grab when you need something sweet, chocolatey and crunchy.
Ingredients
2 cups strawberries
1/2 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tsp coconut oil (optional)
Preparation
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Dice strawberries. In a bowl, add strawberries, yogurt, and dip mix. Stir to combine.
Using ¼ cup as a guide, scoop strawberry and yogurt mixture onto pan, forming 8 clusters, leaving space between each cluster.
Freeze 45 min. The clusters should be frozen, but not rock solid.
Meanwhile, in 4-cup, microwaveable bowl, add chocolate chips and oil, if using. Microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until chocolate is smooth, about 1 min 30 sec.
Remove frozen clusters from freezer. Using a large spoon or your hands, quickly dip each cluster into the melted chocolate and place back on sheet. Repeat with all clusters.
Return to freezer for 5 min or until chocolate has hardened. Leave out of the freezer for 5 min to soften slightly before serving.
