Cheese Garlic & Onion Biscuits

Golden, cheesy, and full of flavor—these fluffy biscuits are loaded with sharp cheddar, garlic, and toasted onion. Buttermilk keeps them tender, while chilled butter adds irresistible flakiness. Perfect warm from the oven.

  • 3/4 cup chilled butter (cut into small pieces)
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

  3. Add butter using your fingertips, rub into mixture until it resembles coarse meal. Pour in buttermilk.
  4. Using a fork, stir until a ragged dough forms. Then, using your hands, gently knead a few times until dough comes together.
  5. Using a 1/4 cup measure, drop biscuits onto pan, spacing 2” apart. Bake until deep golden, 15–18 min. Serve warm.
