Bruschetta with fresh, bright herbs, tomatoes and garlic will delight.

Ingredients

2 cups diced tomato

1 tbsp olive oil

1-2 tbsp Herb & Garlic Dip Mix

Sea Salt (to taste)

Black Pepper (to taste)

1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese

Balsamic Reduction (for optional drizzle)

Preparation

  1. Combine tomatoes, olive oil, seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Top toasted French bread slices with tomato mixture.
  3. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and drizzle with balsamic reduction (optional)
