Fast and easy, tacos make an ideal meal any night of the week – especially when you have leftovers of Pulled Pork!

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Slow Cooker Pulled Pork (prepared and heated)
- 8 taco shells
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lime

⅓ cup prepared Guacamole (optional)
Directions
- Divide pulled pork between taco shells.
Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and prepared Guacamole (optional!)
Serve each with a lime wedge— everything is better with a fresh squeeze of lime!
