Greek lamb skewers that go from raw to ready in less than 17 minutes.

Ingredients
- 1 bell pepper (cut into chunks)
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp Chicken Souvlaki Seasoning
- 4 bamboo skewers
- 10 oz (280 g) lamb or pork loin (cut into chunks)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425° F (218° C)
- Combine first three ingredients. Alternately thread meat and peppers onto bamboo skewers.
- Heat oil in a frying pan on medium. Add skewers and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
- Place pan in oven and continue to cook for 6–8 minutes until desired doneness.
- Drizzle with lemon juice, then serve.
Recipe Note
Serve with prepared Tzatziki and prepared Greek Salad.
