Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 1 pkg Alfredo Sauce Mix (Pkg of 3)
  • 1 1/2 C (375 ml) milk
  • 4 small zucchini, spiralized into thick noodles
  • 2 C (500 ml) chopped broccoli
  • 1 C (250 ml) frozen peas
  • Grated Parmesan cheese, to taste

Preparation


 
  • In a Multipurpose Steamer, combine sauce mix with milk. Microwave, uncovered, on high for 4–5 min, or until thickened, whisking halfway through.
  • Add zucchini noodles, broccoli, and peas. Gently toss to mix.
  • Cover and microwave on high 1–2 min, or until veggies are tender. Top with cheese, as desired.

Tip: Add fresh avocado on top for even more green.
