Ingredients


Makes: 8 servings
  • 1 1/2 lb (675 g) lean ground beef, chicken, or turkey
  • 1 pkg Taco Seasoning (Pkg of 3)
  • 1 C (250 ml) water
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 1 C (250 ml) chopped broccoli florets
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) crumbled feta
  • 4 C (1 L) cooked pasta shells
  • Chopped green onion, optional

Preparation


 
  • In a Perfect Pan over medium heat, brown beef for 8–10 min, stirring frequently. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir seasoning with water; add to pan. Add tomato, pepper, and broccoli. Simmer for 5 min, or until thickened.
  • Stir in pasta until evenly coated and warmed through, 1–2 min. Sprinkle with feta cheese and green onion, if desired.

Tip


 

Tip: Use extra large shells and stuff them with the cheesy taco filling.
