  • 2 tsp (10 ml) Lemon Dilly Dip Mix
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) white balsamic vinegar
  • Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) vegetable oil or olive oil
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) sugar
  • 4 C (1 L) cooked bite-sized pasta
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1 C (250 ml) sliced celery
  • 3/4 C (180 ml) cubed low-fat cheddar cheese
  • Whisk first 5 ingredients in mixing bowl.
  • Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat.

Tip: Serve with grilled burgers on whole-wheat buns and fresh-cut vegetables.
