Ingredients


Makes: 3 C (750 ml)
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) Spinach Dip Mix
  • 1 C (250 ml) light sour cream, or yogurt
  • 1 C (250 ml) light mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg (10 oz/300g) frozen spinach, thawed, chopped and drained

Preparation


 
  • Combine ingredients and let stand for 1/2 hour before serving.

Tip


 

Tip: For a hot dip: add 1/2 C (125 ml) grated cheese and heat until bubbling.
