3 tbsp chopped chives, optional
- Preheat oven to 325° F. Generously oil a Perfect Petites and place on a Sheet Pan.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs; whisk in dip.
- Using a 1-tbsp measure as a guide, spoon into Perfect Petites; sprinkle with chives, if desired. Bake until puffy and firm, 15–20 min, rotating baking sheet halfway through cooking time.
- Pop out of mold; serve warm. If making ahead, cover and refrigerate overnight. Reheat in a low oven or serve at room temperature.
