Tex-Mex Tacos

Tacos from a fast food restaurant can contain as much as 380 mg of sodium each. Make them at home and save over 210 mg of sodium per taco!
Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) lean ground beef
1 tbspTaco Seasoning
1 tbsp cornstarch
3⁄4 cup water
10 taco shells
1 cup grated low-fat cheddar cheese
1⁄4 cupTex-Mex Grilling Sauce, prepared
1 cup shredded Romaine lettuce
1 large tomato, diced
1 cup low-fat sour cream
Preparation
- Brown beef in a frying pan. Drain fat and sprinkle with Taco Seasoning and cornstarch. Add water and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Heat taco shells and spoon in meat mixture. Top each with remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
