Tex-Mex Chicken Pizza

Pizza is your answer to using up leftovers. Keep the Tex-Mex theme here—whatever goes in a taco is fair game for pizza! We highly recommend crust-dunking in creamy 3 Onion Dip or spicy Chipotle Aioli.

Serve with 2 cups leafy greens and 1 tbsp Epicure Dressing.
Ingredients
Toppings (optional): Pizza Seasoning, 3 Onion Dip Mix, baby arugula or spinach
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
- Place pizza crust on pan; spread with sauce and sprinkle 1⁄2 cup cheese over top. Top with chicken, then remaining cheese.
- Bake 15 min, or until crust is golden. Add toppings, if desired. Cut into 8 slices.
