Sweet Chili Salmon

Perfectly Balance Your Plate
Serve on top of 1 cup mixed greens.
Ingredients
1 cup uncooked white rice
2 1⁄2 cups hot water
1⁄2 cup lime juice
1⁄2 pkg Cha Cha Chili Seasoning
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
4 cups green beans, fresh or frozen
4 (4.5 oz/130 g) salmon filets, about 1" thick
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
Toppings (optional): lime wedge
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Place rice in Multipurpose Steamer. Stir in hot water. Cover; microwave on high until tender and water has absorbed, 15 min.
- Meanwhile, prepare sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, seasoning, and maple syrup.
- Place green beans and salmon on Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Spoon sauce over fish. Bake until fish is cooked through, about 8–10 min.
- Serve with rice and lime wedges; season to taste with salt and pepper.
