Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into strips
3 cups broccoli florets
1⁄2 cupUltimate Umami Bomb Sauce, prepared
1 can (14 oz/398 ml) pineapple tidbits, including juice
Preparation
- Add oil to Wok and heat over medium-high. Add chicken and stir-fry for approximately 3-5 minutes. Remove from Wok and set aside.
- Add broccoli and stir-fry until tender-crisp. Return chicken to Wok. Pour in Ultimate Asian Sauce and add pineapple. Bring to a boil and stir constantly until sauce thickens.
