  1. Add oil to Wok and heat over medium-high. Add chicken and stir-fry for approximately 3-5 minutes. Remove from Wok and set aside.
  2. Add broccoli and stir-fry until tender-crisp. Return chicken to Wok. Pour in Ultimate Asian Sauce and add pineapple. Bring to a boil and stir constantly until sauce thickens.
Tips

Chow mein is a stir-fried dish (typically featuring meat and vegetables) in a soy-based sauce served with crispy noodles. “Chow mein” this recipe by dishing it up with a package of store-bought crispy noodles. If you use soft noodles, the dish is called “lo mein.”
