Steamed Mussels with Aioli
2 lbs (900 g) fresh mussels
1 cupMarinara Sauce
1⁄4 cup water or white wine
1⁄4 cupRoasted Garlic Aioli
- Rinse mussels and remove beards.
- In a Multipurpose Pot, bring Marinara Sauce and water to a boil on the stovetop. Add mussels. Cover and cook for 4–6 minutes, or until all mussels have opened. Stir halfway through cooking.
- Discard any unopened mussels. Spoon mussels into bowls and top each with dollop of Roasted Garlic Aioli.
