Ingredients
2 lbs (900 g)
fresh mussels
14 cup
water or white wine

Preparation
  1. Rinse mussels and remove beards.
  2. In a Multipurpose Pot, bring Marinara Sauce and water to a boil on the stovetop. Add mussels. Cover and cook for 4–6 minutes, or until all mussels have opened. Stir halfway through cooking.
  3. Discard any unopened mussels. Spoon mussels into bowls and top each with dollop of Roasted Garlic Aioli.
