A high-fibre vegetarian soup that is simple to make, and simply delicious.
2 cans (19 oz/540 ml) black beans, drained and rinsed
1⁄4 cup olive oil
1⁄4 cup fresh lime juice
1⁄4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
Sea Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
- Blend all ingredients in food processor.
- Simmer in a Multipurpose Pot for 15 minutes and serve.
