Slow Cooker Easy Fajitas

Serve with 3 tbsp prepared Guacamole, ¹⁄₄ cup prepared Poco Picante Salsa, 1 cup mixed veggies, in season, your choice.

Ingredients

3 tbsp oil

3 tbspFajita Seasoning

Sea Salt (Grinder), if desired

Black Pepper (Grinder), if desired

1 ¹⁄₂ lbs (690 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

1 onion, sliced

2 bell peppers, sliced

16 small whole-grain or corn tortillas, warmed

Preparation

In a small bowl combine oil and Fajita Seasoning. Season with Salt and pepper, if desired
Toss chicken, veggies, and oil mixture together in a slow cooker and spread out evenly.
Close lid and cook 3 hours on high, or 6 hours on low, or until chicken is cooked and the veggies are soft.
Serve with tortillas and your favorite fixings.
