Popcorn Chicken Poutine

Serve with 1 cup dark leafy greens and 1 cup mixed veggies with 1 Tbsp Epicure Salad Dressing.
Ingredients
6 potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
SPG Seasoning, to taste, optional
1⁄2 recipe preparedPopcorn Chicken Bites
1 cup preparedSavoury Herb Gravy
1⁄2 recipe preparedFresh Cheese, crumbled, or 1 cup cheese curds
1 tbsp your favourite Nutritional Yeast or Whole Food Topper, optional
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400 °F. Cut potatoes into fry-shaped pieces. Place on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner.
- Drizzle with oil and lightly toss using a Grip & Grab. Sprinkle with seasoning, to taste, if desired.
- Bake for 40 min or until crispy. Add chicken bites for the last 10 min of baking.
- Place in bowls. Drizzle with gravy and crumble cheese on top. Sprinkle with topper blend.
