Pears Poached with Mulling Spices

This simple, yet elegant, dessert is sure to wow friends and family alike!
Ingredients
4 cupsMulled Wine, prepared, or prepared Mulled Cider
1 cup sugar
4 large pears or apples, peeled
Preparation
- In Multipurpose Pot, simmer first 2 ingredients in a saucepan for 5 minutes.
- Add pears and simmer until barely fork tender, 15 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
