Parmesan and Dijon Mustard Chicken Sandwich
A special sandwhich for your special day.
1⁄3 recipe preparedParmesan and Herb Mustard Chicken
4 tsp Dijon-style mustard
8 slices whole-grain bread
4 slices low-fat Swiss or mozzarella cheese
4 romaine lettuce leaves
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
- Thinly slice chicken and set aside.
- Spread mustard on each slice of bread. Add chicken, Swiss or mozzarella, and lettuce. Season with Sea Salt and Pepper. Top with second bread slice, cut in half and serve.
