Maple Butter Tart Cheesecake

3⁄4 cup crushed maple cookies, about 7 cookies
1 pkg True North Butter Tart Mix, divided
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 brick (8 oz/250 g) light cream cheese
1⁄2 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
- To make crust, combine crushed maple cookies, 2 tbsp mix, and butter. Reserve 2 tbsp of the crust for crumble topping; set aside. Lightly brush the inside of a Rectangular Steamer with oil. Press in remaining crust mixture.
- For filling, in a bowl, combine cream cheese, remaining mix, yogurt, and egg. Spoon over crust. Microwave on high, covered, 5–6 min.
- Remove lid and let cool completely before removing from pan. Sprinkle reserved crumble on top.
