Happy Holidays Stuffing
Perfectly Balance Your Plate
Serve with Roast Turkey and Honey Roasted Carrots.
6 slices dried or day-old bread, or 6 cups croutons
2 celery stalks
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 pkg Happy Holidays Stuffing Seasoning
2 cups boiling water
- Chop bread into cubes, if not using croutons; you should have about 6 cups. Thinly dice celery.
- Melt butter in Sauté Pan over medium-high heat. Add celery and cook until tender, about 4 min. Add seasoning and boiling water; stir to combine. Bring to a boil.
- Add bread cubes to pan. Stir to combine. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand 5 min.

To cook this stuffing in the microwave, stir seasoning with water and melted butter, add to Multipurpose Steamer with diced celery and bread cubes; stir to combine. Cover and microwave on high for 5 min.
For more flavour, add turkey drippings or broth instead of water.
