Perfectly Balance Your Plate
Serve on a whole grain pita with veggies, 1⁄2 cup Dillicious Tzatziki and 1 cup veggies, your choice.
Ingredients
1 pkg Falafel Mix
1⁄2 cup hot water
3 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
- Place contents of pouch in mixing bowl. Add hot water and lemon juice. Stir until combined. Let stand 10 min.
PAN FRIED
- Preheat large fry pan over medium heat. Add olive oil. Using a tablespoon, drop batter into pan. Cook until golden brown (on both sides).
BAKED
- Preheat oven to 375° F. Brush a muffin pan with oil. Spoon batter onto prepared pan and bake for 10 min.
