Easy Roasted Artichoke Hearts

Let’s talk about a little secret that will make your life easier and save you some moolah—canned artichoke hearts! Not only are they super convenient, but they’re also more cost-effective compared to buying fresh. And artichokes aren’t just a pretty face. Heart-healthy, full of fibre, and loaded with vitamins? Ingredients
1 can (14 oz/ 398 ml) quartered artichoke hearts
2 tbsp olive oil
1⁄4 cup Parmesan cheese, optional
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425° F. Line Sheet Pan with Sheet Pan Liner.
- Drain artichokes and pat dry with paper towel. Arrange on pan.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with dip mix. Gently toss to coat.
- Roast on bottom rack 20 min, or until lightly browned.
- If desired, sprinkle with parmesan cheese and roast for an additional 5 min.
