A light and refreshing Asian-inspired salad, made beautiful with elegant veggie spirals
Make it a meal by adding chicken (or another protein) and grains.
2 cucumbers, cut into 3" long pieces
2 cups chopped celery
3 cups shredded red cabbage
- Turn the cucumbers into spirals by twisting in the Veggie Twist & Spiral Slicer. Set aside.
- Toss together celery, cabbage, and dressing. Gently combine with cucumber spirals.
- Top generously with whole food sprinkle and serve immediately.
