Crispy Cajun Fish Fillets

Ingredients
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tsp Cajun Seasoning
1⁄4 tspSea Salt (Grinder)
1⁄4 tspBlack Pepper (Grinder)
1 egg
2 cups crushed corn flake crumbs
1 lb (450 g) fish fillets
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 450° F (230° C) .
- In shallow bowl whisk together flour, Cajun Seasoning, Sea Salt, and Black Pepper.
- In separate bowl, whisk egg.
- Spread crushed corn flakes on a plate.
- Dip fish fillets into seasoned flour, shaking off excess.
- Dip into beaten egg, then corn flake crumbs. Place on Sheet Pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 6 - 10 minutes, turning once, or until golden and fish flakes easily with a fork.
