- Preheat oven to 450° F.
- In shallow bowl whisk together flour, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In separate bowl, whisk egg.
- Spread crushed corn flakes on a plate.
- Dip fish fillets into seasoned flour, shaking off excess.
- Dip into beaten egg, then corn flake crumbs. Place on Sheet Pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 6 - 10 min, turning once, or until golden and fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serve with 2 cups leafy greens and 1 tbsp Epicure Dressing.
