Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) uncooked linguine pasta
1 tbsp oil
1 lb (450 g) ground chicken
3 bell peppers
2 tbspLouisiana Wing SeasoningorCajun Fries Seasoning , or 1 pkg Cajun Chicken Stew Seasoning
1 can (14 oz/398 ml) diced tomatoes
1 cup milk, your choice
2 tbsp unsalted butter
Toppings (optional): Black Pepper, shaved Parmesan, chopped parsley, sliced green onion
Preparation
- In Multipurpose Pot, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain.
- Meanwhile, in Wok, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 6 min.
- Meanwhile, slice peppers. Remove cooked chicken from wok and add sliced peppers. Cook peppers until soft, about 5–6 min.
- Stir in cooked pasta, chicken, seasoning, diced tomatoes, milk, and butter.
- Top with additional toppings, if desired.
