Chai Spice Eggnog

A delicious blend of Chai Spice and creamy eggnog, this is a great crowd-pleaser for a seasonal celebration.
Ingredients
3 tbsp chai spice
3 cups non-fat milk
3 cups eggnog
3 oz dark rum, divided – optional
ground nutmeg, for garnish – optional
Preparation
- In a Multipurpose Pot - 8 cup, combine chai spice, milk, and eggnog.
- Bring to a gentle simmer, then remove from heat. Keep warm or chill.
- Pour into mugs. If desired, pour a 1⁄2 oz shot of rum into each. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.
