Big Burger Falafels

This is a summer barbecue remake of a classic sandwich. Also, it’s a tasty way to use up leftover burgers or meatloaf.
Ingredients
1⁄4 cupBig Burger Sauce, prepared
sriracha sauce, to taste - optional
2 cooked burgers, cut into large pieces
4 Greek-style pitas
1 large tomato, chopped
1⁄2 cup shredded lettuce or spinach
2 tbsp chopped red or white onion
Preparation
- Thin Big Burger Sauce with a mixture of sriracha sauce and water until desired consistency.
- Reheat the burgers until piping hot.
- Warm pitas in the microwave or oven, if you wish.
- Divide burger pieces between pitas. Top with tomato, lettuce, and onion. Drizzle Big Burger Sauce overtop.
