Beefed Up Shish Kebabs
A great choice for potlucks! Choose top sirloin—it cooks quickly at hot temperatures while staying juicy and flavourful, and it doesn’t break the bank.

Serve with 1 large dinner roll.
1 1⁄2 lbs (675 g) top sirloin steak
2 tbsp olive oil, divided
2 tbspShish Kebab Seasoning
1 large bell pepper
1⁄2 red onion
3 cups small button mushrooms, about 8 oz
Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste
Topping (optional): prepared Teppanyaki Sauce
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Lightly brush with oil.
- Chop steak, peppers, and onion into 1" pieces. Place steak pieces in a large bowl and toss with seasoning and 1 tbsp oil. Add chopped veggies and mushrooms to bowl and drizzle with remaining oil. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
- Thread onto Grill Boss Skewers. Grill skewers with lid closed, 2–4 min per side, until lightly charred and steak is cooked to your liking.
- If you have time, let kebabs rest 5 min before serving. Serve with sauce, if desired.
