Awesome Salmon Tacos
1 cup grilled salmon, shredded
2 cups mixed shredded cabbage and carrot
1⁄4 cupItalian Dressing, prepared
4 small corn or whole-wheat tortillas or hard taco shells
1 cupPoco Picante Salsa, prepared
1 cupGuacamole, optional
- Toss cabbage and carrots with Italian Dressing, then blend in salmon.
- Divide between tortillas, spooning mixture over right side of each. Top each with a spoonful of Poco Picante Salsa. Fold tortillas over and place on plates. Serve with remaining salsa on the side.
